# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Dry chickpeas with paper towel, spread on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
03 - Roast chickpeas for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking pan halfway through until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
04 - Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
