01 - In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing amount if desired. Set aside.
02 - Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm wrapped in a kitchen towel.
