# Step-by-Step Directions:
01 - Combine lemon juice, chopped ginger, chopped turmeric (or ground turmeric), water, black pepper, and sweetener (if using) in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
02 - Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl to remove pulp.
03 - Pour the strained liquid into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
